    Dr Ben moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2016 after much of his life in Victoria, and stints in Far North Queensland, Mackay and Brisbane; now he's just around the corner in Sunrise Beach.


    "My passion is helping you and your family develop your optimal life, in alignment with your health goals -
    rather than primarily engaging with 'healthcare' as a crisis - when you're sick or sore..."


    His skills, knowledge and experience are taken from 5 years University training, 7 years "in-the-field" as a Chiropractor, Chiropractic principles & philosophy as well as health and wellness "coaching" drawn from a variety of sources.


    According to Dr Ben: 

    "Chiropractic care by itself is not the only key for living an optimum life,
    and yet, to live with true and complete wellness you do need what Chiropractic can provide...
    a properly functioning nervous system!"


    Inspired and fascinated every day by the improvements he sees in the lives of people he sees - he loves what he does!

    It all comes about as health centre members learn new strategies, implement new behaviours, and as their nervous systems begin to function better! 


    Dr Ben believes that being proactive is key! In life, health and healthcare simple steps can have profound impact. 

    GETTING WELL and then STAYING WELL depends on taking responsibility and control of your life…taking action to change that which isn't working for you...as Einstein said, "Insanity is continually doing the same thing and expecting a different result."

    It's also about understanding that symptoms are often a 'cry for help' from your body and while suppressing them might 'feel' better it doesn't get to the root of the problem!


    Dr Ben graduated with Distinction in 2009 from the 5-year Masters of Clinical Chiropractic at RMIT University in Melbourne.

    He always keeps up-to date with the latest science and research, to make sure the care he provides is cutting edge.

    Dr Ben loves yoga, functional fitness, ‘Paleo’ eating, bush-walking, watching movies, reading, learning and personal development.

    He lives what he recommends! 

    Dr Ben has had regular chiropractic care as his primary form of healthcare since the age of three; and has received either weekly or fortnightly adjustments for the past 25 years.

    If there is clinical evidence that you have spinal dysfunction (subluxation), then it's something he advocates for you.

    Commonly reported outcomes including improved energy levels, better movement, coordination and balance, and a greater awareness of self!
